New(ish) Duel Decks and another tool kit

I'm not sure how long this has been out due to the whole "shopping-freeze-broke-need-money" phase, but I'll assume this set came out recently considering its high availability. The full deck lists and deck information can be found here:

Both of these decks contain some pretty cool cards, but bear in mind there isn't but one or two copies of each card. None-the-less, it could be worth buying and tinkering with.

In other news there is a new tool kit based on the most recent sets. For those who still don't know what a tool kit is (since they were released for the first time last year), it's basically a starter kit without a deck. It has like a collector's guide, a rule book, and a guide to deck-building. A large chunk of the cards are semi-preselected, but it does come with some booster packs, and the preselected cards are nothing to laugh at. The set has 285 cards which is enough to build a few good starter decks.

It's very budget friendly, too, being only $20. My guess is they are going to release a new box every 4 set releases. The last one contained cards from M10 and the Zendikar block, and this one contains cards from M11 and the Scars of Mirroden block. If for no other reason one would want to buy these packs, I would get it for the box. It's a convenient size sturdy box that can hold between 3-5 sleeved decks, which is pretty good considering it comes with 4 booster packs and a ton of other cards. I'll probably be buying this myself soon. I like the new box.
